Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us, not at the moment you submit the form.

Race day tickets

Tickets are sold for a specific race day and are not transferable to another date. Your name is recorded on our door list — there is no physical ticket to print or collect. Please bring photo ID matching the name on the booking.

Refunds and cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable. We commit to catering, staffing and facilities based on the numbers booked in advance, so we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, or weather.

If the club cancels a race day, or a meeting is abandoned before the first race, we will offer you a transfer to another race day or a full refund — your choice. If a meeting is abandoned after racing has begun, refunds are at the club's discretion.

If your circumstances change, contact us at office@manningvalleyraceclub.com.au. We will always look at individual cases, and we would rather hear from you than not.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything stated above.

Memberships

Membership runs for the calendar year and renews automatically each 1 January using the payment method you provided. Joining part-way through the year costs the full annual price. If you join on or after 1 November, your membership also covers the whole of the following year, and your first renewal is the January after that. We will email you before each renewal so it is never a surprise.

You can cancel at any time using the "Manage my membership" link on our membership page, which takes you to our payment provider's secure portal. Cancelling stops future renewals — your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and part-year refunds are not offered.

You can also update your card there. If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try again over the following few days before the membership lapses.

Membership prices can change. Any change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect. If you joined at an earlier price, you keep that price until you cancel.

Membership benefits are those advertised on our membership page at the time you join, and are subject to the club's conditions of entry.

Conduct and entry

Entry is subject to the club's conditions of entry and the rules of Racing NSW. We may refuse entry, or ask a person to leave, for unsafe or unacceptable behaviour, without refund.
