Manning Valley Race Club Limited (ABN 62 003 329 548) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you buy a ticket, we collect your name, email address and phone number. When you send an enquiry through one of our forms, we collect what you put in it. We never collect or store credit card numbers — those go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems.
How we use it
To confirm and manage your booking, to contact you about a race day you have booked, and to answer your enquiry. Your name appears on our door list so our staff can check you in at the gate.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments and holds your payment details under their own privacy policy. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and may store data outside Australia.
- Resend sends our confirmation and enquiry emails.
- Convex and Cloudflare host this website and its database.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email office@manningvalleyraceclub.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
